Genesan Pow-R-Cap is a powerful, solvent-free cleaner/degreaser that removes food wastes and petroleum-based stains, as well as ink and permanent marker. This degreaser will not damage painted surfaces or metals. Each refill cartridge contains four CAPS and yields one gallon of ready-to-use product (one quart per CAP).

Pow-R-Cap is one of four available in the CAPS line of products that include Enzysan (restroom cleaner and odor eliminator), Illumin (washroom cleaner and hard water stain remover), and Indoors (glass and surface cleaner).

Coffeyville Chamber of Commerce CNN at 4-State!

On Wednesday, February 22nd, 4-State played host to CNN (Coffee, News and Networking) in the conference room, followed by a warehouse tour for anyone that was interested. After discussing many local events, one of the owners (Tom Tipton) introduced a number of staff, talked about 4-State’s products and services, and gave a brief history of the company. A few, among the 35 that attended, were surprised to find out that 4-State has a showroom, and that the company makes all product available to walk-in customers.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

A motor turns an auger which feeds pellets into a firebox. There, a hot rod automatically ignites the pellets, and a combustion fan keeps them burning. A fan inside the hopper maintains positive pressure which prevents burn-back in the auger tube. A sensor mounted inside the grill sends data to the on-board computer ten times every second, and the controller adjusts the air and pellet flow to maintain the temperature you set.

Professional Development Day 2017 is a success!

With the help of 10 different vendors, a number of 4-State staff members, and a gracious host in USD 501 Topeka, last Friday’s Professional Development Day 2017 (2/3/17) was a huge success. Promoting everything from product/equipment knowledge and education about the cleaning process…to budgeting and recoating wood floors, more than 50 superintendents, maintenance directors, and custodial staff members attended the show. Tables were set out for each vendor, with product samples and literature at each, giving customers an opportunity to interact with the vendor(s) throughout the day. Additionally, the attendees were able to demo equipment from our Tomcat line, which instantly became a big hit.

In the afternoon, tickets were drawn for multiple prizes, including a steamer, two Bona SuperCourt floor systems, and trash liners. A gym floor recoat demo was performed to end the day’s activities.

4-State appreciates all individuals involved in making the show a success, and is thankful for the numerous customers that attended.

USD 501 Topeka Public Schools signs 5-year commitment

Our company is excited to announce that USD 501 Topeka Public Schools has signed a new 5-year contract to purchase janitorial supplies and equipment from us. Their full commitment includes our training programs, consultation, and support services.

USD 501 Topeka is one of four school districts that serve the city of Topeka. The district holds four high schools, seven middle schools, 21 elementary schools, and four other schools for students outside of the mainstream K-12 grade levels.
